Turkish Law Firm — Bilingual Strategy & Chinese Website Localization

A Turkey-based legal and business services firm had a Chinese website with no conversion strategy, no credibility data, and no audience segmentation. We delivered audience-specific messaging, a complete 6-page rewrite with real case data, and proactively identified technical issues.
Background
The client, a Turkish legal and business services provider, serves both Chinese-speaking individuals and international corporate clients. Their Chinese website faced four issues: content was feature-focused rather than benefit-driven; B2B corporate and C2C individual clients shared the same information architecture; high-demand offerings like bank account opening and Apostille certification were absent; and no case data or client outcomes were displayed.
Solution
We started with audience segmentation, restructuring messaging separately for B2B corporate clients and C2C individual clients. A content audit revealed structural and commercial gaps across both language versions, leading us to add missing high-demand services.
For copywriting, we rewrote 6 pages of Chinese content—homepage, about us, property, and 4 service sub-pages—integrating real credibility data: 1,000+ cases handled, 100+ companies served. The information hierarchy shifted from feature-listing to benefit-driven messaging.
Technical implementation was done in Wix CMS, where we fixed broken navigation links and missing page redirects. During implementation, we proactively identified display inconsistencies across mobile, tablet, and desktop, providing fix recommendations. Beyond the contracted scope, we flagged structural conversion gaps in the English copy with specific suggestions.
Results
All Chinese content passed client review without revision. English copy and display issue recommendations were adopted. The client specifically appreciated the proactive identification of issues beyond contract scope, noting it demonstrated genuine commitment to project quality.
